What are we up to???

LOTS OF SNOW! The kids are loving it! Over the course of a couple days we had lots of snow fall. It was the good, packing kind that is great to build snowmen. Here are some pictures of the snow adventures!

2. He is very friendly and outgoing.
3. He loves to help me cook.
4. He'll try just about anything at least once! (Even weird food!)

7. He is very creative!

We love Jacob!!!

He had a great day yesterday! We had a family birthday party, so he was able to celebrate with his cousins and grandparents. Thanks everyone for celebrating with us.

He wanted a racetrack cake. Don't you love the Hot Wheels flames!!!

Halloween

It was so nice that Halloween was on Saturday this year! Grandma and Grandpa came over for dinner and trick-or-treating fun. Their costumes were great!! We love them!

Here are the kids (minus Alex who didn't want his picture taken) with Grandpa right before trick-or-treating.
Logan changed his mind at the last minute and didn't want to be Scooby Doo. He wanted to be Darth Vader. Grandpa let him wear his costume. He actually wore the mask to some of the houses. Then, it was just too hard to run with it on!

I got one of Alex. He wasn't pleased and he didn't even wear his hat!

The kids are ready to go!!

They all had a great time. Hannah went with her 2 friends who were witches as well. She trick-or-treated for nearly 2 hours. That is the longest she has ever gone! Jacob didn't last too long. Logan didn't want to stop and Alex eventually got the hang of it after about 10 houses. It was so cute to see them running up the door, saying "trick or treat" and then thank you, of course. Then running to the next house while trying to eat the candy they just got! It was lots of fun!

October is a great month!

I love October! These first few pictures are of the monthly birthday party at Grandma and Grandpa's house. There are 4! Ella is 1, Caleb turned 5, mine (???), and my dad turned 60 this year! I loved my lemon pie!!!!!

Dad's fabulous cake!

Logan wanted to open all the presents himself.
Here's my birthday dinner. The kids decorated with streamers and signs. We had birthday hats and it was a great time!!
I took the kids to Garner Village to look at the witches. It was a nice day. It was fun to have grandma come with us.

For Fall break from school, we took the kids to Cornbelly's. FUN FUN FUN!!!
The bouncing pillows! We were the only one on them for a while.

The cow train--only Jacob and Logan rode it!

The go carts.

The corn maze--we didn't get too lost!

I love how Alex has his hands in his pockets!

The water pumps--Logan loved this!

Logan roping cattle!

Pumpkin carving FHE

The boys thought the insides were too gross to touch!

Hannah's was a witch.

Jacob's was a werewolf.

This is Hannah's teacher in the parade at school. He was Dumbledore from Harry Potter

Hannah and her friend, Sara, are both witches.

Jacob's teacher was a red crayon.

Jacob is an army guy!
